To collect gold at the vault or request delivery you can contact the support desk via email at support@vnx.li or via the platform interface to discuss the possible dates, time slots, etc.

Please note that the weight of the physical gold must be multiple of 1000g and the minimum weight of gold for collection or delivery is 1kg.
