The holder of VNX Gold is the only lawful owner of the respective underlying gold. If VNX Gold has been withdrawn from the VNX Platform and transferred to another wallet, the new VNX Gold holder must register and open a user account on the VNX Platform. Otherwise, he/she won’t be able to manage operations with the physical gold such as sale, collection, or delivery requests through the VNX Platform or use other services on the VNX Platform.
