You will be able to collect your gold from the vault once we confirm your gold collection request. You should arrive on the pre-agreed date and time to the vault with your valid personal ID or passport and (if you act on behalf of an organization) the originals of relevant corporate documents or properly certified power of attorney confirming your authority to act in the name of an organization.
